Scraperite plastic razor handle / scraper

Update: 28-04-'24: Tighter version of the blade holder added.

Remix of the Scraperite handle by Genghis. 

I like Genghis' design, nicely done with the curved shape and knurling; but the part for holding the blade didn't work very well for me, seems the end is upside down? 
I only made some changes to the end to hold the blade secure. The result is very sturdy, you can put a lot of pressure on the blade.

Printing

I printed with 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height in ASA.
2 perimeters and 3 bottom layers, 4 top layers and 15% infill makes it very strong.
The overhang needs support; when cleaning out the support take care not to cut off the small cam(?) that locks the blade in place. 
There is also a version of the model with a tighter fit of the razor blade: better fit, but it needs careful cleaning out of the supports.

The print in the last photo looks a bit rough, I didn't have the best parameters for ironing at the time. 

(By the way, the original Scraperite tools and blades are not expensive. The China copies sometimes cost more 🙂)
