I created this bracket for family. Their roman blinds has this part which locks on to the blinds and has the string threaded through the hole at the bottom. Despite looking for many hours, I could not find the same part online, I managed to find things very similar, but they were not the same and wouldn't have served the same purpose.
This has been tested on the broken roman blinds and it works! I've no idea what the brand of the blinds are, the part number or anything - sorry. If you need this part, you likely will have many on one set of blinds, so take a look at a working part and see if this model matches.
Bracket print settings:
100% infill
Supports
Recommended to print in PETG or ASA, we don't want the part to be too brittle
Print on it's side and snip off the supports after the print
Latch print settings
100% infill
Supports
Recommended to print in PETG or ASA, we don't want the part to be too brittle
Print on its back and do your best to remove the supports
There's likely to be some filing required afterwards. Because of the way the latch prints, there'll be a lot of material left from the supports. Do your best to remove this material, most importantly the rectangle (the locking piece on the end) should be clean as possible.
In the pics you can see the original on the left and an older version of the model on the right (the newer version attached here looks a lot closer to the original).
I've included the step files if people want to modify this, then they can. It's my first ever model from Fusion360, so there's definitely improvements that can be made. Feel free to request these or remix the model.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
