This is a slight revision of Prusa's MK2 (2.5S) stock LCD button to ease fast scrolling during axis moves.  Other designs seem to obscure the reset button which is critical when PINDA calibration crashes.  Nubs and divots make spinning encoder knobs much more ergonomic while being minimal in cost of design or production.  Sadly, this is the most successful mod to my Prusa MK2 but that is another story.
