Hello Makers,
i designed an easy to print shoehorn, which can be heated and shaped in the oven.
Print settings:
Tip: If the shoehorn is too big for your 3D printer, just resize it in your slicer.
I printed it on my Prusa XL with a 0.6 nozzle in PLA.
Instructions:
You need an oven. With PLA, this is heated to around 80-100 degrees Celsius. Of course, with other materials you need a different temperature. just try. (Optional: In order to obtain a more precise temperature value, this can be measured using a suitable measuring device.)
Now leave the shoehorn in the oven for about 5 minutes. Use baking paper as a base.
Then simply shape the shoehorn into the desired shape. My neighbor's shoehorn helped me shape it ;) But you can also use a tube or something round for an easier forming. That's it :D
