Depending on your OUYA device rev, the cooling fan screw heads may sit a bit proud and interfere, but a quick targeted sanding to ease those areas in the lid made it fit.
Don't judge the waviness of the print - my printer needs new bearings and some realignment. And I was printing impatiently fast. :) But a first attempt at a mid-print filament swap worked out very well.

Printed in eSUN black PLA and MakeShaper cool gray PLA/PHA (manual color swap at layer 20 inserted into gcode using Simplify3D).
Add supports to the back panel cutout unless you're a wizard at bridging. All the chamfers and vents otherwise should print without issue.

A subtle remix of dirtsky's elegant OUYA case (see Thingiverse link) this design adds grooves along the bottom of the case to allow ventilation. I also added a variant of the case top without the "OUYA" text for a more minimalistic look.
