Mini power supply with ZK-4KX

Mini DC power supply
Based on ZK-4KX DC to DC Buck Boost Converter
Input: 5-30V
Output: 0,5-30V; 4A

Necessary parts:

Its based on ZK-4KX DC DC Buck Boost Converter, that you can get for around 10€ from Aliexpress.

For the banana plugs that its designed for are those from Czech store GME.cz, but i hope that those from Aliexpress will work either.

As the connector at the back I am using this one form TME.eu, but since there is a datasheet available, you can pretty easily use another one.

In the version with the switch (which I highly recommend) is used this switch from TME.eu. The datasheet is again available, so you can use another one, or with basic cad skill, you can modify the hole. Warning: when searching for the switch pay attention to the CURRENT CONTACT RATING which should at least the same as your mains power supply

The 4 screw on the back are 4.0x10 mm wood screws. You will need four of them.

Its highly recommended to USE THICK WIRES, since there can be currents up to 4 amps.

Print settings:

There are not any special requirements for printing.

Its good to print the main part face down, and use organic supports for the screw holes.
