Handle for needle files

This handle is designed for needle files with a shaft diameter of 3 mm.
Slicer settings:
perimeters: 4
infill: 25%
brim: >= 5mm
PETG or PLA

Cut a M3 thread and use a M3x6 screw to fix the file in the handle.
