• When using the nozzle adapter and if the snap-in lugs do not fit properly (then print with support), the Nextruder can get stuck with the nozzle. I have therefore made a V2-version with a nozzle cut-out.

This is a debris container for my Prusa XL nozzle brush. It is simply inserted into the extrusions and can be easily removed for emptying.

In the download area you will find a STEP file for modifications.
The bucket is printed in STL orientation with 0.2-0.3 layer height and 25% infill with support.

• Außerdem gibt es einen neuen verbesserten Auffangbehälter-Remix (Prusa XL Bucket for 16,5mm wide nozzle brush.stl mit 16,9mm Ausschnitt).

Update 02.12.2023:

• Bei Verwendung des Nozzle Adapters und wenn die Einrastnasen nicht sauber aufliegen (dann mit Support drucken) kann der Nextruder mit der Düse hängen bleiben. Daher habe ich noch eine V2-Variante mit Düsenausschnitt gemacht.

Das ist ein Auffangbehälter für meine Prusa XL Düsenbürste. Sie wird einfach in die Strangprofile eingesetzt und kann zum Leeren entfernt werden.

Im Downloadbereich findet ihr eine STEP-Datei für Änderungen.
Druckt den Behälter in STL Ausrichtung mit 0.2-0.3 Layerhöhe und 25% Infill mit Support.
