Easy way to mount a Yoton projector from the ceiling pointing down so it can be use for cutting patterns. The 2 screw holes and knob give you some wiggle room to align the projector with your cutting table. I attached mine to the drywall ceiling using drywall anchors.

Additional pieces needed:

  • 1 x 1/4-in x 1-in carriage bolt - This bolt will screw into the projector, the length is important to be able to tighten the knob. (¼ inch diameter, 20 threads per inch, 1 inch long)
  • Friction pad - Use the provided template to cut a out a piece of craft foam, or use something else to provide enough friction to hold the projector in place (felt, fabric, cardstock, …)
  • 2 x #10 washers - 1/2 inch diameter washers to spread out the pressure from the screws
  • screws and anchors - to attach to your ceiling

Printed on Ender 3 Neo:

  • 0.2mm layer height
  • 3 walls
  • 20% infill
  • skirt
  • Overture Cream PLA - white
  • Arm printed with no supports
  • Knob printed with tree supports
