Wide voron panel snap latch with a lip using m2 screws instead of filament
 

Print it flat side down

The included STLs are for 3mm panels with 1mm foam.
 

For other sizes:
Fusion file included.
Adjust “PanelDepth” parameter to suit your panel and foam combo. 
Subtract 0.5mm (or more) from your panel depth, this will make it compress the foam a little to get a better seal.

BOM (per latch): 

• 2x m2x10 SHCS screw
• 2x m2x14mm SHCS screw
• 1x m3x12mm SHCS screw
• 1x m3 2020 t-slot hammer nut or sprint nut

Changelog:

• 20231113: fixes in fusion file, now it's possible to change panel depth to at least 7mm without things breaking.
