The upper cable holder is remixed from romk's design ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5423068 ). The lower cable holder is remixed from Sshelb8's design ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6176160 ). Together, the two hold the extruder cable parallel with the body of the printer and eliminate strain on the smaller connectors.

The upper holder requires a tree support for the small overhang.
