Pocket hole jig for a 3/8th inch (~10 mm) drill bit. It is parametric so it can be scaled up or down to meet your needs. Kreg Pocket Hole Jigs seems to be everywhere. How about we save a few bucks and print our own? Why use a jig? It makes joinery easy and its super fast to drill a bunch of hidden pocket holes. Simply clamp it to the work surface and go.

Sounds awesome right? So How do I use this jig? Easy!

  • Attach a lock collar to the drill bit or use some tape to mark the depth you want to drill. It should poke out of the jig around ½ inch but can be adjusted for every situation.
  • Clamp the jig where you want the pocket hole
  • Drill!

Thats it, three easy steps!

How do I print this awesome tool? Almost as easy as making a pocket hole with this jig! Nothing complicated here!

  • 0.4 ≥ nozzle (0.6 is preferred because of the overhangs but both worked well)
  • 0.2 ≥ layer height
  • 10% infill
  • PLA or PETG
