Print in Place Bit Box

A compact, foldable bit box that is printed in one piece and snaps closed when in the folded state.

If your printer can print 0.2mm tolerances this should be an easy print! If not, i would recommend you to adjust horizontal hole expansion in your slicer to create bigger distances between the perimeters. 

Prints easily in under one hour or even much faster! 

Update 11.11.2023

I added a new, better version (Bitbox v2). I made bigger tolerances for easy printing and also increased the wall thickness on the sides, to click into closed position better.

I added a slightly modified version (Bitbox v3) with reinforced hinges to last longer.

0.2mm layer height

3 perimeters
