There's a lot of scrapers on printables.com - but this is my version.
As always, there's a balance between higher heat (promoting better layer adhesion) and lower heat (reduced stringing, especially with PETG). For me, scrapers should really focus on being mechanically strong, so higher heat and using PETG is typically a good idea - but that causes visual problems e.g. the stringing. So this model was ultimately designed to be printed at higher heat, but being easy to clean-up afterwards (so, no small details or hexagons).
As pictured, Prusament PETG Matte Black. I used 30% infil with my seam position set to “Rear” (to avoid the seam being generated on the scraping portion). I recommend at least 3 walls.
The Fusion 360 model should be clean enough to make your own modifications (e.g. changing the size, angle of the sharp bit, etc.).
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
