Dog Waste Bag Holder with Auto-tearing Tab

There are a ton of other dog waste bag roll dispensers on Printables, but I couldn't find one that had a tab on the exit of the tube that will automatically tear off the bag. 

I had another bag dispenser like this, but it finally bit the dust, so here's my rendition of a replacement.

Parameters:

• 5% infill
• 2 perimeters
• 0.2 layer height
• PLA works fine
• No supports needed

Other info:

• Threads are a little sticky, but it's a good self-lock
• .3mf file has a 100% infill enforcement on the cap loop for carabiner or velcro strap
• Fusion360 files also included for remixing and the like
