There are a bunch of models for toilet cleaners out there but my older toilets don't have the same part design nor the space for those large ones so I made a design similar in theory to some of the commercial options on the market. It's two halves that hold together by pressure and use an 8mm plastic tube to connect in and out of the device. It holds up to 2 of the small size chlorine tablets that are widely available online.
The fit is very tight so consider scaling down (x and y) the inside piece by a percent or less depending on your machine tolerance. I printed it at 99% and is does leak a little but that doesn't bother me as long as the two parts stay together. Enjoy!
I printed the pictured version out of PLA with 3 walls and 10% infill, no support necessary.
