Old truck as an advent calendar

I  designed advent calendar how old truck.

Assembly instructions: 

1 - Join the two parts (chassis 1-2 and chassis 2-2) together with a rubber hammer. It's hard going, but it holds without glue.

 2 - If you printed without supports, they are overhanging in the longest hole. We will grind them before assembly. Join the two front fender left and right into chassis with a rubber hammer. 

3 - Attach cabin to the chassis using M3x40 screws. Tighten the screws to the stop.

4 -  Drill holes near the front edge in the lower parts with a Ø2 mm drill (2 pcs on the each box). Attach boxes 1 to 4 to the chassis using M3x20 screws and M3 nuts. Do not yet tighten the screws to the stop. Boxes must move freely.

5 - Drill holes on the cover 1-2 near the front edge with a Ø2 mm drill (6 pcs on the cover 1-2). Place the cover 1-2 on top of the car and center the holes for the pins. Then assembly the cover to the stop on the boxes with hands. It gets harder.

6 - Join the door handle with door. Insert the door handle into the hole and press with your finger. It's hard going.

7 - The door on the box is attached with a spokes with a diameter Ø2 mm. The spoke is shortened to a length 136 mm (we need 8 pcs). The cabine door on the car is attached with a spokes a diameter Ø2 mm. The spoke is shortened to a length 154 mm (we need 2 pcs).

8 - Insert spoke into the hole on the cover 1-2 and press of spoke and insert doors into the individual windows. Store the doors with numbers according to your imagination. On the left side are the numbers 1-12 and on the right side will be the numbers 13-24.

9 - Drill all holes on the cover 2-2 and chassis 2-2 with a Ø2 mm drill (4 pcs on the cover 2-2 and 2 pcs on the chassis 2-2). Place the cover 2-2 on top of the car and center the holes for the pins. Then assembly the cover to the stop on the boxes and and cabin with hands. It gets harder.

10 - Insert spoke into the hole on the cover 2-2 and press of spoke and insert doors and doors of cabin. Now we tighten the screws on the bottom side of the boxes.

11 - Insert disc into the hole on the tire and center the holes for the pins. Press disc into tire to the stop.

12 - Atach discs to the chassis using M3x40 screws.

13 - Glue a light with a light box. Glue the subassembly part to the hood of the engine.

• filament PLA
• 0,2 mm layer height
• without supports
• infill 30%
