Plastic handle for Southord lockpick

Thin version is thinner by 1mm.

Gluing

The snap fit is good enough to hold both part together. But if you slightly bend the tool, they separate. 

I used acetone for gluing for PLA or ABS prints. 

1. Insert lockpick into core part
2. Apply acetone on inner walls between the lockpick and the print. Use pipette or similar tool for using the precise amount of the liquid.
3. Snap in the cover print. Use pliers if necessarily.
4. Let it dry.

• TIP: Acetone leaves marks on PLA prints. Use it carefully.
