This label holder has been designed for labeling drawers, boxes, etc. Just attach the holder to your drawer and easily slide in a paper label:

The design also contains a mounting jig. So when gluing the holder to a drawer you can make sure to have a consistent spacing (5mm) to the edges:

Printing

The holders are printed in 0.2mm layer height. For the mounting jig 0.3mm is sufficient. I have used PETG for printing my holders, but they also should print nicely in PLA or other materials.

Printing the holders relies heavily on bridging. The holder is printed lying on the front surface. I recommend printing on a textured sheet. This will result in a very nice look:

Dimensions

I opted for a size of 140mm x 36mm for the holder, resulting in a label size of 132mm x 29mm. Of course you can adjust the size to your needs by modifying the OpenSCAD source code. For minor changes it might also be possible to scale the holder in x- and y-directions in the slicer.

Source Code

The tags have been designed using OpenSCAD. So you can adjust the design to your needs.

Happy printing!
