The puzzle consists of 9 puzzle pieces and a slider box.
There are 4 solutions. It is not easy to solve.
The puzzle pieces are used on both sides.
The size of the sliding top is crucial. If it's too narrow, the bumps on the top won't snap into place. If it's too wide, the top can usually still be inserted, but it becomes difficult to open.
If the lid is slightly too large, you can start by sanding down the bumps slightly. If the top doesn't fit, it is advisable to adjust its dimensions in the slicer and reprint it. Recommended adjustments are only small increments ranging between approximately 0.2mm and 0.3mm in width (only in width).
Here is a short video explaining this
I printed the puzzle with the following settings:
The OctaPenta grid consists of regular octagons and pentagons, with a ratio of octagons to pentagons of 1:4.
There are 6 octapentas consisting of an octagon with 2 connected pentagons and 7 octapentas where an octagon is connected with 3 pentagons. Of the 13 tiles, 9 tiles were selected for the puzzle.
