Gridfinity battery case

If like me, you buy alcaline batteries in bulk quantity but never know where and how to store them, this case will solve that issue. The height of the case and the inserts are designed so that as long as you have at least one battery in it, neither the insert nor the battery will move around inside the case. Can store any and all the popular battery sizes in any combination that suits your needs.

Of course, you will need 6 M3x30 socket heat cap screws for the hinges and the latches.

Update:  Added another insert for C-cells.

Update 2:  Added 2 more inserts to store AA and AAA cells.

Update 3: Added insert for 9V batteries

Changed the parameters to modify the height of the box and size it to 4 x 4 Gridfinity cells. I also removed the grid pattern from the lid using the timeline cursor.
