SSG10A3 front rail

A front picatinny rail for the Novritsch SSG10A3, or the MLC-S2 Skeleton Stock from maple leaf in general. Also added the .f3d (Fusion) file, in case someone wants to remix for example the base of the model. I printed it on my prusa mini+, so it should fit most 3d printers without problem.
