Cable clip by Peranco, only somewhat wider with wider screw hole, so it's possible to adjust clip left-right when hole is not drilled correctly into a brick wall.
EDIT 1.5.2024: i added two even wider clips (39 and 50mm) for places where there's a bunch of cables. One such clip can replace two, three or even more standard clips easily.
It's advisable to use more perimeters, at least 3, even better 4 or 5 so that clip will be more rigid. PETG is preferrable over PLA, as it's more flexible. I guess ASA would be even better, especially in UV exposed places. If possible don't use countersunk screws (like spax), as they tend to break clip easily if you tight it too much, use screws with flat head.
I use zip ties which can be reopened, so it's easy to add or remove cables later.
