CanaKit Noctua Fan Replacement Lid

Description:

Replacement lid for the CanaKit Raspberry Pi 4 Starter Kit to fit a Noctua NF-A8 5V fan. The original fan failed and was always a little noisy. The Noctua is a great replacement but wouldn't fit the original CanaKit case lid.

Assembly:

In order to attached the fan and maintain a low profile four insert washers were used that flush fit into the fan mounting holes. Four M1.4 8mm countersunk screws were used to hold the washers and fan in place. See pictures for reference.

Print Instructions:

Both the lid and washers can be printed with no supports. Below are the settings I used with my prints.
