You'll want to print this in ABS or PETG or some other high-temp material. It's also a good idea to cover the inside of the shroud with aluminium tape or foil to help reflect some of the heat.
I used M2 screws to attach the radial fans, and the standard e3d screws for the heatbreak fan.

You'll also need a longish M3 screw to clamp the new hotend in place. I can't remember what length mine was, sorry!
