Our cat knocked a heavy item off a shelf which landed on my spouse's keyboard resulting in a foot breaking on one side.
My spouse asked me to print a new one since I just received a new Neptune 4 Pro a week prior. Challenge accepted! I loaded up Fusion 360 and spent the next few hours taking measurements of the broken foot with my calipers and modeling it in Fusion (still learning so it took me a while).
Got everything modeled and ‘printed’ it in Fusion to an .stl and loaded it in OrcaSlicer. 24ish minutes later, two freshly printed feet were flexed off the print bed.
My spouse was able to easily snap in the replacement foot in place, ecstatic that they didn't need to buy a new keyboard!
Original keyboard purchased off Amazon: X9 Ergonomic keyboard.
Printed on Neptune 4 Pro using Overture Matte PLA - Black at .2mm layer height. No supports, but I did need to clean up the ends slightly with a file.
The included photo is one of the prints I did before I decided to add a bit of fillet on the hinge section.
