4mm metal rod 500mm piece - any metal will suit, I used aluminum

metal tube 11x15mm 500mm piece - any metal will suit, I used aluminum

4x8x3 ball bearings - 6 pcs 

Some CA glue

ASSEMBLY:

Cut 3 pieces of the tube around 114-114.5 mm in length and file the ends smooth

Cut 3 pieces of the rod around 127-128 mm in length, again file the ends smooth

Insert the caps to the ends of the tubes

Insert bearings into the caps

Hold the front roller in place while you insert the rod through the frame and bearings

Put a drop of glue on both sides of the rod in the frame

Use different slots for mounting the rollers to adjust for the Filament roll size you are currently using
