15x30mm clothing rod spool holder

Filament spool holder for 15x30mm clothing racks/rod things. I have my printer in my closet and there are clothe hanger rods above it, so I made this holder to fit around the rod so that the filament spool rotates more easily and doesn't slide across the rod. Make sure the dimensions of the inner part are correct.
