Precision dial for Eureka Mignon coffee grinder - v.2.0

Precision dial knob for Eureka Perfetto coffee grinder. The 1:30 worm drive ratio allows for fine tuning, much better than the all direct setup knobs.

Assembly

Step 1

Remove the original Eureka dial knob from the grinder and assemble it by pressing it into the “worm gear”.

Step 2

The “worm drive” is secured inside the housing to the dial knob (Bouton.stl) with a headless M3x12 mm screw.You will habe to thread the M3 across both parts prior to lock the screw.

Step 3

2 M4 threads are required on the side of the grinder to attach the housing (Carter.stl). A drill guide (Drill guide.3mf) will help to position the initial 2.5mm holes. The drill guide is placed on the upper corner flushed with the front face of the grinder. I did place 2 M4 helicoil thread inserts right away to make sure I have a good fixation of the housing. 2 M4x10 mm screws are needed. You may also have to file away some of the side guides from grinder cover not to interfere with the M4 screws.
