I needed a pulley for my automatic chicken coup door. Started to design one around some 608 bearings I had lying around, but realized that the outside was probably going to rust.
So I made one around a fully 3d-printable bearing that I found worked well. Its just a ring that you can press around this bearing and hey presto, a simple pulley.
Can't say how long it will hold up to various loads. But seems to work fine for my very simple use-case.
For me the press-fit worked well, but might need a drop of glue if its too loose.
I did not design the bearing itself, the model is by user Gamma4D.
Printed in PLA with 0.2mm layers and no supports.
