TPU Bracket for Meta Quest 3 Head Strap

update: Added 3 more versions just for bigger head sizes, so u can open the strap in the back more

Why?

Apparently, everything and every accessory for the Meta Quest 3 is sold out and therefore I had to design something of my own so that the original head strap sits a little better on the head.

Print in highspeed TPU from Overtune, every other slightly firmer TPU will work.

How to make it Perfect

U need a heat gun and a Casserole dish (or a deep plate)
 

here it is before

With the heatgun one side after the other is treated to shape them at the hollow, then you can give the center a little more roundness.

see if it is nice and cosy on your head and … finish!
