Retractable Raceflag for Sim Racing

This is a retractable SimHub compatible race flag designed to be mounted behind a C49 Samsung ultra-wide monitor. The retraction mechanism - in this case - is controlled via HomeAssistant (ESPHome).

For the raceflag the following BOM is required:

• 1x Arduino Nano
• 1x 8x8 DC5V WS2812B LED Matrix
• 4x M3x20mm screws to mount the back plate
• 2x M3x8mm screws to hold down the Arduino Nano

For the retraction mechanism the following BOM is required:

• 1x 28BYJ-48 5V DC stepper motor + ULN2003 stepper motor DRIVE MODULE
• 1x NodeMCU Amica Modul V2 ESP8266 ESP-12F or similar ESPHome capable board
• 4x M4x25mm screws to mount the mechanism adapter onto the flag's back plate
• 1x M3 nut to mount the toothed rack to the mechanism adapter
• 1x M3x8 screw to mount the toothed rack to the mechanism adapter
• 4x 4x16 screws for the mechanism lid
• 2x 3x35 screws to mount the mechanism onto the stepper case
• 4x 3x20 screws to mount the stepper case onto the monitor mount
• 4x 3x10 screws to hold the mcu in place
• 1x 3M Dual Lock SJ3550 tape to mount the system onto the display
