Air filter for Kingroon KLP1 启庞KLP1空气过滤模块空气净化器

本模型为启庞KLP1适用的活性炭空气净化模块，同时也适用于很多其他打印机以及常规的桌面使用。需要用的到的材料有：100*100*50mm蜂窝活性炭（这在淘宝网通常可以成箱购买，价格低廉）、7530涡轮风扇、M3热熔螺母*3、M3*5螺丝*3、M3*40螺丝*2、M3螺母*2以及一个移动电源盒。

Some harmful particles could be released during the printing process, especially with fiber-reinforced materials or ABS. So I designed this filter especially for my printer. The thickness of this device is 70mm, I believe it is also applicable to many other printers.

There are several important things for you to know before you print this:

1. It is recommended to use black or other dark filament, otherwise the activated carbon could make everything look messy
2. The fan is a 7530 fan, it is needed to use two pairs of M3 or M4*40 screws and nuts
3. The size of the honeycomb activated carbon is 100L*100W*50H in mm
4. You can also use the middle layer of any surgical mask to enhance the capability of the filtration (as shown in the picture)
5. The lid could be made by laser cutting so I uploaded a dxf file. But it is recommended to stick a limit block to support the carbon
6. You can use 3mm diameter magnets or M3 injection molded nuts(insert nut for plastic) to hold the lid to the body. Of course, you can also use self-tapping screws for convenience
7. You can use a solderless 18650 battery case to make this device portable(as shown in the picture). The spacing was designed to be 22mm at the top side
