I Made this in April of 2022

Christmas tree with motion sensor - ATtiny402, But you can make it without the controller as well. Just with a few parts. For the full build you can go to:

BUT you don't need to build it the way I did. You can just use the PIR with an N Channel Mosfet for Transistor and light up all LED's at once, just put the LED's  in Parallel with resistors, on lower voltage. At higher voltage (which the PIR is capable of) you could put them in 2 strands in series.
