I've uploaded 3 files: Two PDF Files and one STL file.

  • PDF Files: These are for those that don't have a 3D printer, but would still like to create their own vinyl protector! One file is for the drivers side, the other file is for the passenger side. You must print these 1:1 scale on 11x17 paper, aka A3 Size. If you don't have access to 11x17 paper, places like Staples or OfficeMax can print them for you for next to nothing! You can use glue or tape to secure the paper template to the vinyl paper backing. Either method you use, make sure the template does not shift when cutting. I recommend using a sharp pair of scissors to cut when using the paper template as you'll have more control. Remember: constant forward pressure make for the best cut.
  • STL File: You will notice that this part is very large. If you're using a standard/small sized printer, you will need to cut the part into several sections within the slicer software then tape/glue it back together. Be mindful of the orientation of each piece when putting it back together to ensure that it's correct. Alignment is key for the cleanest cut! The template is 0.125in thick, but it can be made thinner using the same cut function. However, I found that 0.125in thick (or thicker) works best to help guide the X-ACTO blade when cutting.
