The jackpads for the Tesla M3 are hard to enter or remove due to oversized gaskets. I lost two gaskets during my last tyre swap and made a new one that fits better (on my car - a Model 3 Made in China with a CATL battery).
Use TPU as this part needs to be flexible. I used a cheap TPU 95A.
My jackpads measure 19.5mm at the ridge where the gasket snaps in. The ID of this gasket is 20.5 which requires some effort when you push it on. Don't worry, TPU is elastic and while this seems rough handling, you end up with a gasket that sits tight and won't slip off.
