Plastic Bottle Cutter (PET Bottle Cutter) 페트병 절단기

A cutter with ball bearings seemed like it would be easier to cut and more efficient, but I didn't have a grinder to grind the bearings.

While browsing the recreator3d.com site, I found out that Amazon sells a bottle cutter.

Since I couldn't wait after ordering, I looked at the design and made it myself.
Because it was difficult to obtain satisfactory results with the same design, the design was slightly modified.

PET bottles are cut using 3 small cutter blades.
Since all parts are made of plastic, a hex wrench is required to handle the heat generated during cutting.
(1. To prevent the cutter blade from piercing the AdjustPlate)
2. Part to prevent plastic bottles from digging in)

As a result, you will need the following parts:
1. Small cutter blade
2. 3~4 hex wrenches (for m3)
3. M3 hex bolt of 28mm or longer
4. m3 locknut
5. Washer

Note: When cutting plastic bottles, the direction in which you pull the string determines success. Pull the string slightly in the direction where the plastic bottle was inserted, rather than in the direction perpendicular to the cutting tool.

볼 베어링을 이용한 커터가 더 자르기 쉽고 효율적일 것 같았지만, 나에게는 베어링을 연마할 그라인더가 없었습니다.

주문한뒤 기다릴 수 없었기 때문에, 디자인을 보고 직접 만들었습니다.
같은 디자인으로는 만족스러운 결과를 얻기 힘들었기 때문에 디자인을 약간 변형하였습니다.

작은 커터날 3칸을 사용하여 PET 병을 자르는데,
모든 파트가 플라스틱 이므로, 커팅시에 발생하는 열을 감당하기 위해 육각렌치가 필요합니다.
(1.커터날이 AdjustPlate를 뚫는 것을 방지하기 위한 것
2.페트병이 파고들어가는 것을 방지하기 위한 부분)

결과적으로 다음의 부품이 필요합니다.
1. 작은 커터날
2. 3~4개의 육각렌치 (m3용)
3. 28mm 이상의 m3 육각볼트
4. m3 로크너트
5. 와셔

참고 : 페트병을 자를 때는 줄을 잡아당기는 방향이 성공을 좌우합니다.
          줄을 커팅 도구의 직각 방향이 아닌, 페트병이 삽입한 방향 쪽으로 약간 치우치게 당겨보세요.
