Printed in PETG with ~4 perimeters, 30% gyroid infill, 0.2mm height, speed setting.
Organic supports were used for the counterbore holes on the bottom. However, the counterbores were not that deep, so the support material was a little hard to remove. Used counterbores because of using M4x6mm SHCS. 8mm long screws would have worked better, and would not require a counter bore for these screws, but had 6mm on hand.
File include the LEFT half only. The part was mirrored in PrusaSlicer for the RIGHT half, which printed well, but fit a bit tight. (The pattern on the AIRSTEP seems to not be exactly the same as the left half.) It went together just fine though. This file including both parts is also included. Mirroring the part required a 4th hole to the bottom of the AIRSTEP; one hole on each side is unused, but mirroring the part is easier than creating two separate parts.
The bracket attaches to the bottom of the AIRSTEP with its original screws. The bracket attaches to the 2020 extrusion with M4x6mm SHCS and M4 spring nut in the extrusion.
