Star from Disney's Wish Keychains

This is a collections of keychains / key tags based on the character Star from Disney's Wish (2023) Star Reveals surprise doll set.

At 100% scale, the keychains are roughly ~55mm length and width (~2.2 inches), and 2.6mm height/depth.  The keychain hole's outside diameter is 8mm and inside diameter is 4mm.  The width and height of the keychain hole ring is 2mm.

Enabling ironing on top surfaces for best results.

Layers

All keychains have three (3) layers of the following heights (from bottom to top):

• Layer 1 : Ranges from layer height of 0.0mm to 1.4mm
• Layer 2: Ranges from layer height of 1.4mm to 2.0mm
• Layer 3: Ranges from layer height of 2.0mm to 2.6mm

Printing
 

All six (6) keychain / key tags pictured above were all printed with a 4.0mm nozzle, ironing all top surfaces, 1.0mm layer height, 100% infill, PETG filaments, and the following color changes:

• Layer 1 - base color, transparent orange PETG
• Layer 2 - color change at layer height of 1.5mm, yellow PETG
• Layer 3 - color change at layer height of 2.1mm, transparent orange PETG
