Paw Patrol Badge for Marshall's Fireman Hat

This is a Paw Patrol badge that I designed to be attached to a fireman's hat so that my kid could be Marshall for Halloween. The badge has 4 parts. A “shield” that gets glued directly to the helmet. An “inner shield” that gets glued into the main “shield” and has a cutout for the paw section. There is then a “paw outline” and an “inner paw”. I designed this in separate pieces so that I could easily print in the correct colors. The colors that I used were Silver, White, and Black. When assembling, I glued the “shield” to the helmet using epoxy and once that was attached, I used super glue to attach the rest of the pieces to the “shield” that was already in place. The “shield” also has a hole so that everything can be test fit and the “inner shield” can be easily removed for final assembly.
