Ender 7 BTT HDMI5 Touchscreen Surround, Manta E3EZ CB1

When upgrading the main controller board to a Bigtreetech Manta e3eZ (or other Manta board) with a CB1 computer a new touchscreen is also required, as the stock Ender 7 screen is not compatible. This screen surround is for the BTT HDMI5 touchscreen.
