Weighted doorstopper. Fill it with sand, concrete or your collection of unsorted screws, I know you have one. Just make sure you use something heavy. It prints very easy and has a rigde to hold three rings of tpu that protects the door and your model, from scratches.
You can secure the tpu in two ways. Either by a simple dab of superglue at the back, or send the tpu through the hole. The friction in the holes are enough in my experience, but this may vary greatly depending on how well tuned the printer is, nozzle size, layer height, etc.
A 1,5mm drill can help open up the hole if its too tight, and you can also secure the loose ends on the inside with a dab of superglue.
