I designed this chess board to have also a box (or better 2 boxes) for the figures.
I got some inspiration from Kalcipher's board (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4782440), especially for the tiles.
To connect the "connectors" with the board, as well as aligning the cornerson the board, I used just some filament.
I printed everything using PETG, but PLA should works just fine as well.
Everything was printed without rafts or supports and with 25% infill, but I guess 15 should be also fine.
Part-list version 1 (the name already includes how often it has to be printed per color):
CB_Checkers_Draughts_Dame_1xPerColor.stl or CB_Checkers_Draughts_Dame_12xPerColor.stl Part-list version 2 (the name already includes how often it has to be printed per color):
CB_ChessBoard_V2_Part1_1xPerColor.stl
CB_Checkers_Draughts_Dame_1xPerColor.stl or CB_Checkers_Draughts_Dame_12xPerColor.stl I designed a second version, but did not print it, since I did print already the first one. The second version connects always two of the quarters of the board.
I hope you like it and I am happy to see some of your makes.
The chess figures that you can see on some pictures are not my design but the design of Jacob G. https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/prints/32741-chess-set-no-supports.
