Tips:

• 0.2mm lip tolerance on my MK4 with 0.4 nozzle is a safe value, but produces loose fitting lid that I was going for with my prints. However if you ever produce a nice friction fit - please let me know!
• Warp guard toggle was added after I've discovered that thin and long lid of my pencil case warps. It mitigates the issue a bit, but so does couple of minutes of bending under a blow dryer. I do prefer the clean look of it not being there, so it's turned off by default.
