There are many storage boxes out there, but this is my Box For Stuff (Updated to version 2.1). Presented here is the basic, barebones model, with no bells and whistles, but there are other remixes for Gridfinity 20 bin or 25 bin boxes, and a Bambu Tools Holder version available as well.
This is designed to fit on a Bambu X1C/P1S/ect size printer, and I have some instructions on my website which are not specific to this basic case, but they still cover important parts of the assembly. The instructions are for a case with more features, but it shows how to assemble the latches and hinges.
The Bill Of Materials needed to assemble this is below:
(2) M3 x 12mm SHCS (these hold the latch “cleats” to the top of the case)
(4) M3 x 20mm SHCS
(4) M3 x 25mm SHCS
(2) M3 x 30mm SHCS
SHCS = Socket Head Cap Screws
These models are designed to print without supports. The parts will need to be oriented in the slicer for printing.
The print settings I used are the OrcaSlicer defaults, with the following changes:
Strength > Infill > Sparse Infill Pattern > Gyroid
I also used mouse ears for bed adhesion, since the bed on the X1C is just a bit too small to use a full brim with the larger parts. There was however no issues with the parts lifting when using a textured PEI sheet, or the Engineering Plate (with glue).
There are a few other versions of this case, which are in the works, but not yet posted, including the following:
Update 1/20/2024 - The version 2.0 is (finally) posted, and the files included here have been updated to the newest version. If you need the old V1.0 files, you can find them in a folder named “OLD VERSION 1.0 FILES”. The version 2.0 updates include the following improvements:

Thanks for looking!
Update 2/10/2024: I had two reports that installing the M3 SHCS would crack the hinge on the V2 models. The problem seemed to be related to slightly different size screw head diameters between M3 screws (I have measured between 4.9-5.6mm diameters). To address that problem, I've updated the files here to Version 2.1, which has a bit more clearance for larger M3 SHCS heads (the pockets are 5.8mm diameter).
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
