Cosplay Hairband System (CHS)

These are hairbands which support attachment to various hair accessories which we have and are currently designing.

There is currently one size available but if there is demand I can add more.

Widths

There are two widths available:

Normal Width is 1cm thick the whole way around:	Tapered Width is 2cm thick at the top and tapers down to 1cm at each end. This band is stiffer and stronger:

Accessory Gaps

There are two different accessory gaps available which offer different gaps between your head/hair and the accessory, which may be useful depending on how much hair, if any, should go under the accessory:

Narrow Accessory Gap puts the accessory as close to your head as possible:	Large Accessory Gap puts a roughly 1cm gap between your head and the accessory:

Accessory Placements

There are different accessory placements available. This is explained by looking at the band and imagining it is a clock, and the accessory on the right is at that time, with the other at the same level on the other side.

Supported Accessories

The following cosplay hairbands are available:

• Evangelion - Rei Ayanami or Shinji Ikari Interface Headset
• Spy x Family - Anya Forger hair accessories

Printing

It might be worth printing the hair band in a transparent material if possible to make it easier to hide the hair band. I used a 0.4 nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height for everything.

Please check to ensure the tapered width variants are oriented correctly - one end of the clip supporting the accessory should be on the print bed.
