Modified Components for Leon_H's Frosthaven Insert

While printing the various boxes from Leon_H's Frosthaven Insert, I found that there were a few assumptions made about some cards that wouldn't be sleeved that caught me by surprise. Since I've sleeved the entire game, I wanted to see what could be done to allow more sleeved cards, especially with the item deck. 

The result was a layout much the same as Leon's original layout, albeit with a bit more slack space as the condition tokens and damage markers no longer fit.  This isn't really a big issue for me since I'm likely to want those in a divided container anyway, and an inch or so of lift isn't that big of a deal for me. 

The attached models are the variations that I created, minus the fancy side art that Leon's model has.  They're parameterized in case you want to adjust their sizes.

Nothing really fancy about printing these; I printed in standard PLA.

• Item box has been extended to fit all items sleeved.
• Dungeon / Player Goal box has been extended to fit all items sleeved.
• Player Token carrier has been shrunk slightly to accommodate additional space required by item box.
