Provided here are 5 versions of hinge mounted door stops
I printed and tested these from Sainsmart 95 TPU, Overture PETG, and ASA. The TPU versions are the toughest and should last a very long time. If you decide to use a hard filament, I like ASA for thsi application, but PETG can work if you optimize settings for strength. If you print PETG versions of the hinge mount only models, I strongly recommend at least 5 walls and 25% infill. I first printed PETG versions using standard quality settings with 2 walls and 15% infill. Those PETG versions broke when I put pressure on them to see if they would hold up to someone closing a door.
The smaller hinge mount only versions should work on the less expensive interior doors in homes. If you want somethng that would work with a heavier door, or a door with spring loaded hinges (ie a porch door) I recommend the dual function door stop, or one of the large stops.
Though no one has asked for (or ever will) this feature, these door stops can be used as mini- desk organizers when not being used as door stops. Have fun!
