I used wood but orignal plan was to 3d print them, they sound awesome with my dac and 180w class d amp. It’s worth giving it a go imho

May i ask how they sound? I know the original ones from many fairs and for the size they are amazing but how is the ecnlosure 3D-Printed and which material did you print?

@Yaka_656772 How did you print them to fill them up? I want to print them but i cant figure out how i can do it in a way i can fill them up with plaster of paris whole.

I think if you want to use plaster of Paris like diy perks you will need to enlarge the outer walls and increase the outer dimension. I would just keep it as is and use hex in fill pattern and lightly use poly fill and I mean lightly
