IKEA LACK riser kit (increase height 5cm/2in)

In upgrading from a Prusa i3 MK2 to a Prusa MK4, I found the existing IKEA LACK enclosure needed more headroom. This riser kit supplies the following:

(4) leg risers (requiring 16 screws to mount)
(4) panel risers left
(4) panel risers right

The leg risers include an UP arrow to orient the part and provides 5 cm (2 in) height.

The panel riser left joins with panel riser right using a rounded dovetail and requires no glue. When joined, the panel risers span the upper part of an existing side wall panel. In my case, I used Masonite board and plexiglass and needed the extra 5 cm (2 in) of height.
